West Jordan Symphony is an all-volunteer organization of musicians from around the Salt Lake Valley dedicated to the performance of great music.

We rehearse regularly on Saturdays 9:00-11:30 AM.

Messiah Sing-A-Long

Performers have a call time of 6:15 PM (please bring stands).

The Mountain West Chorale (and audience!) will sing choruses from Handel's Messiah accompanied by the West Jordan Symphony in addition to various solo performances by members of the community.

The program for this year includes:

Part I

Scene 1: Isaiah's prophecy of salvation

1. Sinfony (instrumental)

Scene 2: The coming judgment

Scene 3: The prophecy of Christ's birth

8. Behold, a virgin shall conceive (Keri Riker)

Scene 4: The annunciation to the shepherds

13. Pifa ("pastoral symphony": instrumental)
